How to consume?
Sea Moss gel can be added to herbal tea's, shakes, smoothies, coffee, infused water or added to food such as curries, soups, stews and yoghurt.
It dissolves completely in hot food and beverages.
This does not destroy the nutrients in the sea moss.
Consume 2tbsp daily and no increasing above 4tbsp as Sea Moss is rich in Iodine and continuous over consumption of Iodine can cause hyperthyroidism and/or goiter.
